KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a complete sport that combines cardio, muscle strengthening and combat technique, ideal for letting off steam while sculpting your body.
Suitable for all levels, it allows you to gain endurance, coordination and self-confidence in a dynamic and motivating environment.

HIIT TRAINING
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an ultra-effective workout that alternates phases of intense effort and short recovery to burn maximum calories in minimum time.
Ideal for improving endurance, toning the body and boosting metabolism, it is suitable for all levels.

CROSSTRAINING
Crosstraining is a functional workout that combines muscle strengthening, cardio and endurance for a complete body workout.
Accessible to all levels, it allows you to gain strength, agility and resistance while varying the exercises to avoid routine.

- Tuesday: 7:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
- Wednesday: 12:00 p.m – 12:45 p.m

HIIT & CROSS
Our workout combines HIIT and Crosstraining for an intense and complete session, combining explosive cardio, muscle strengthening and endurance. Ideal for burning maximum calories, gaining strength and improving your physical condition, it adapts to all levels.
